Joanna and Cherry Tomatoes

Joanna likes to help in the garden. Usually that means digging with a little yellow serving spoon, but once in awhile she wants to help by picking veggies, ready or not.

On this day, she proudly showed me a green cherry tomato she had picked. I told her "yuck!" and showed her the red ones she could pick. She proceeded to eat the green tomato and said, "yummy!"

*sigh*

    Ha! Eating the tomato and saying it was yummy is exactly what I would have done as a child. I believe I did something like that with vanilla extract, actually :)
