The next morning Naomi came to the table looking like this:
I said, "Hey, nice goggles. Any special reason today?"
She said, "Yeah. See, now I can throw pencils!"
Then I started laughing and she started posing.

Naomi's Protective Eyewear
The other day the older girls starting throwing pencils at each other during our school time. I stopped them and am slightly to embarrassed to admit that I cited the adage "someone could lose an eye!" as I explained the dangers of throwing sharp pencils.
The next morning Naomi came to the table looking like this:
I said, "Hey, nice goggles. Any special reason today?"
She said, "Yeah. See, now I can throw pencils!"
Then I started laughing and she started posing.
