Katie's Halloween Costume 1998!
My old friend from college posted this on Facebook earlier this week. I couldn't help but grab it to post here because really it's an awesome costume! And a huge KUDOS to my mom who sewed the amazing thing, including taking apart a child-size umbrella to make sure my accessories were complete. I still think you can do anything, Mom!
