Overheard . . .

The girls often play house in the mornings before they are allowed out of their room at 8. Recently I laughed when hearing this conversation over the monitor because it displays both of their personalities so well in such a short time.

Eve: "OK Birdie, You be the Dad and I'll be the kid."
Naomi: "I don't want to be the Daddy."
Eve: (yelling) "Dad, Daaa-aaad, Come wake me up."
Naomi: (shrieking) "NO! Noooooooo!"

Eve always wants things just so, the way she wants them. If Naomi disagrees, there's no talking her into it and she'll let you know!
